Cancellation & Refund Policy

Caliber operates without long-term contracts or notice windows. The terms below describe how cancellation and refunds work in plain language.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Caliber membership at any time, after any month, from your member portal. No phone call required. No 30-day notice window. Your membership ends at the close of the current billing cycle.

Refunds — unopened shipments

If a shipment arrives and you have decided to stop the protocol, return it unopened within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of that month. Email [email protected] for a prepaid return label.

Refunds — opened or partially used

For safety and regulatory reasons we cannot accept opened or partially used medication. Refunds for opened shipments are not available except where required by law or as separately authorized by a clinician for clinical reasons.

Charged in error

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 60 days of the charge. We will review and, where appropriate, refund the amount in full.

Clinical ineligibility

You are not charged until a reviewing clinician has approved your protocol. If a clinician later determines you should not continue (a “clinical exit”), no further charges occur and any pre-paid period is pro-rated and refunded.
